With regards to the mobile improvements, it would be great if the time taken for uploaded videos to become available on the iPhone YouTube app could be made shorter - it's annoying when I'm out and about, see that someone I subscribe to has just put a new video up, but can't watch it on the move, because it hasn't had time to process for the iPhone yet.
Your making the classic mistake of focussing on the USA, they hold less than 30% of total internet users now, foolish Youtube, 1 year from now and you wont be the main video sharing website, trust!!
I am very impressed with the improvements overall, but the one feature that I think this site desperately needs is a Comment Permalink feature, as having to wade through thousands of comments just to find out how my comment has been rated and replied to is something of a hassle at the moment. Look at sites like Reddit or Digg for examples - you click on your comment and you are catapulted down the page to its whereabouts.
Agree with mattbeetee, it's annoying not being able to find a comment I made previously. Even when I receive a reply from someone, sometimes it's hard to go back and find out what the heck I said, especially if I replied to a very popular video that has 100 comments added/minute.
Yeay for uploading progress bars.. however Google automatic log-in is starting to tic me off.. As I have a google account, and multiple Youtube accounts... if I want to access a differnt Youtube account.. it means.
1) Log in at Youtube, however automatically logged in as my google account 3) Log out 4) Log in at Youtube as a differnt account 5) Go to GMail.com and log back into my mail account

Youtube is for videos right ? So why don't you approach companies like Coca-Cola as an example to produce funny videos to put onto Youtube
Youtube can charge such companies to have their videos on youtube and charge for amount of clicks of course
