Logged on the homepage looks just the same, logged out it is a LOT different; there is the new, larger box for "Most Popular" where the most popular in each category is featured. Most users aspire to have a video on the front page and unless it is the "most popular" it won't be seen by non-members ie the Editor picks won't be seen unless a user is logged in. Also there is no encouragement for new people to sign up and "Broadcast Themselves" (Quote: Sign Up To Customise The Homepage, should read "Join In!" Unless you are "In" you won't know about the "social networking" aspect either.
