We do have a responsibility to protect our kids, and I think it's great that YouTube is making it easier for violent documentary footage to be spotted and removed.
On our channel, we've just posted an interesting interview with novelist Anthony McGowan (author of the teenage knife crime novel 'The Knife That Killed Me'), in which he talks about his experiences with youth gangs. It's really interesting stuff, but it highlights the fact that while extinguishing the oxygen of publicity that video sharing sites like YouTube can give teenage thugs, it's only by better education and parenting that will ultimately help to reduce teenager on teenager crime.
