What's this about porn and rapists? I haven't seen anything of the sort remain posted on YouTube. For the most part, those things are reported by users and removed.
Anyhow, I can't rate videos, nor give thumbs up/down. I've also recently lost my ability to email videos (what use to be "share" videos).
Another thing, it's impossible to contact YouTube to report these problems... I went to the Contact Us link... I started to "report a bug, but it's not working.
