Will 'youtube' be telling everybody who and why they made certain people 'partners'. Is it open to all ages and how many view is needed on each video to be considered 'popular'.
I don't understand the rules to apply it says popular and getting lots of views, yet there are partners with no subs and no vids. What's all that about? Cheers, Lesley
Finally, its to bad that it can only be for people who are 18+, but I suppose that its to do with the law or something, oh well I only have to wait another year and a bit :).
