this sucks that youtube are excluding the uk at this moment in time, surely it should be brought it with all countries at the same time, as this is still as unfair as it is with the partner program before this, youtube said shortly after the partner program was launched that the trial would be a few weeks. and there only looking into rolling it out to international countries, as usuall america looking after thereselves

This is great news, I was hoping that this is the way it would go - I guessed that the obstacle was copyright issues, after all you can't pay someone for hits they generate with content they have basically uploaded illegally.
